Basic Information
    Disneyland opened in California in 1955, and since that time Disney has opened a
    number of theme parks in both California and Disney which are operated as part
    of Disney resorts.  Following is a list of Disney's American major theme parks,
    including the dates the parks opened:

    Walt Disney World Resort
          Magic Kingdom (1971)
